Keith Gunther
Keith Gunther is a founding partner in MGM Financial Group.  As an Enrolled Agent he has worked in the tax preparation business since 1981.  He has extensive knowledge in tax law and has taught continuing education as part of the CA Tax Education Council.  In addition to his experience with Clergy and Christian Professionals he has a comprehensive understanding of Trusts, Estates and the unique needs of Expatriates.

Keith has worked in the securities industry as a Registered Principal since 1986.  As an RIA Advisory Associate with Crown Capital Securities he assists his clients with their financial planning, investments, retirement planning, funding of educational needs and insurance.  Keith and his daughter Katie work as a team to serve their client’s needs in the areas of tax and financial planning.

Keith and his wife Nancy have a second home in Big Bear Lake, CA where they enjoy boating, fishing, hiking, and off road adventures – often with family and friends.

Len Smith
Len Smith is a founding partner of MGM Financial Group and has worked as a Registered California Tax Preparer since 1986. Len is a specialist in clergy tax preparation and has worked with members of the clergy and other Christian Professionals for the past 25 years.

Len has worked in the securities industry as a Registered Representative since 1987. As an RIA Advisory Associate with Crown Capital Securities he assists his clients with their financial planning, investments, retirement planning, funding of educational needs and insurance.

Leonard spends his free time serving on the Finance Board of his church, attending football games, spending time with his grandkids and restoring his 1956 Ford Pickup.

Katie Novella
Katie began working for MGM Financial Group while she was in High School, assembling tax returns and performing other office duties.  In 2004 she graduated from Azusa Pacific University and in 2007 became CA Certified tax preparer.  She and her dad, Keith Gunther, work as a team with clients to meet both their tax and financial planning needs.  Katie’s role is the Director of Internal Operations for the team.

When she’s not busy in the office she enjoys working on her art, painting and drawing as well as volunteering with her church and local charities or vacationing with her husband Isaac.
